To provide Monmouth County, for the calendar year 2026, with Professional Transportation Services for Monmouth County’s transportation related project planning and implementation. Based on the responses received for this RFP, the County may award up to two (2) professional transportation services contracts to whom projects and issues will be assigned, at the discretion of the County staff, as they arise throughout the calendar year 2026. The Consultant will be expected to work with multiple Monmouth County offices; such as but not limited to; the County Administrator’s Office, County Engineer’s Office, and Division of Planning Office. The anticipated Professional Transportation Services may include, but not be limited to: • advocating and advancing Monmouth County interests in multi-modal transportation related projects • advocating for improvements to public transportation system and linkage for Monmouth County • identifying, investigating and securing funding • providing assistance in securing and expediting regulatory approvals • performing any other transportation related Consulting activities or tasks that may arise for the County of Monmouth
