The specific project scope of work may include, but not be limited to: Review of all development applications submitted to the Planning and Zoning Board, and preparation of reports detailing zoning and planning analysis for Board meetings. Preparation of Planning Reports to the Planning Board, Zoning Board and City Council as requested by the Director of Chair of the aforementioned. Attend all monthly and special Planning and Zoning Board meetings. Review minor site plan and minor subdivision applications which do not meet the escrow requirements of the "Land Development Control Chapter 17" Ordinance. Meet with prospective Planning Board Applicants during regular work hours as necessary. Advise City officials, when requested, of items relating to Planning and Zoning Board activity, City Master Plan, City Land Development Control Ordinance and City Redevelopment Plans. Supply construction inspection services associated with planning and zoning board applications.
