Specifications include, but are not limited to: The services of the Consultant shall generally consist of developing and implementingcomponents of Asset Lifecycle Management Programs. The services shall include, but arenot limited to, performing studies and analyses, developing and implementing plans,processes, and tools, and applying operational models supporting Authority line businesses.(As used herein, "tools" include business or operational aids that support or improveactivities in the line businesses previously described.) The Consultant shall prepare draft andfinal written reports and conduct presentations as required.III.
