The contractor shall provide supervision, labor, equipment, materials and supplies necessary to perform miscellaneous repairs to PVSC plant-wide Roadway Repairs for a Two (2) Year Period on an as needed basis. It is the intent of this contract to provide for Roadway Repairs for work and related services which are provided on an as needed basis for various tasks including but not limited to emergency services. Work shall include but not be limited to the following: • Asphalt Paving • Unclassified Excavation and Disposal • Concrete curbwork and Sidewalks The work required under this contract is indeterminate. There shall be no fixed contract amount. Individual Task Orders will be issued to the contractor based on an agreed upon detailed scope of work.
