1. Providing professional planning services to the following agencies of the City of Passaic for the calendar year 2026: Planning Board and Zoning Board on an as‐needed basis. More specifically, to assist in reviewing and preparing the Master Plan, Zoning Ordinance, Housing Plans, Site Plan and Subdivision applications, Zoning Board of Adjustment Applications, proposals for Zoning Amendments, and other related planning and zoning matters as specified by the City. 2. Assisting the City of Passaic in current planning activities and advising and advising officials in the development and implementation of such policies and procedures as are necessary and proper for the development of land within the City of Passaic in a manner that is consistent with and furthers the goals of the City’s Master Plan;
