Specifications include, but are not limited to: The NBOE seeks proposals from providers that can deliver a multilingual communications system to the parents and families of our District’s 38,000 students via a web-based application or a mobile device platform. Services shall be provided to families as needed during a twelve-month period. Required capabilities include, but are not limited to: • Universally-designed platform that enables two-way communication; • Translations in at least the following languages: Spanish, French Creole, Portuguese, and French; • Ability to create role-based customized templates at all levels; Human translation support available; and • Data reports to show engagement.
