A. Frames, Lenses & Supplies 1. The Bidder shall provide eyeglass frames, lenses and supplies on an as-needed basis with no minimum amount per order. 2. Frames, lenses and supplies purchased are to be delivered and/or returned at no additional cost to the College. 3. The items are to be delivered within four working days of the order. In the event an item is back ordered, CCC must be notified within 24 hours and has the right to cancel without harm. B. Contact Lenses and Related Supplies 1. The Bidder shall provide contact lenses ad supplies on an as-needed basis with no minimum amount per order. 2. Purchases are to be delivered and returned at no additional cost to CCC. 3. All contact lens orders should be delivered and/or picked up within four (4) days of order. Items scheduled for pick up should be ready by 8:30 a.m. In the event an item is backordered, CCC should be notified within 24 hours and has the right to cancel without harm to CCC.
