Procurement Description: PEO EIS LMP seeks OpenRMF Professional Software Subscription Licenses and Support required to support multiple cyber compliance frameworks, such as Risk Management Framework (RMF), Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP), and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework. This brand name Software will support the ability to import and integrate data from various vulnerability scanners, such as the Defense Information Systems Agency’s (DISA) Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP) Scanner and other commercial scanners. Brand name OpenRMF Professional Software Support will ensure the LMP Cloud Environments continue to have the required maintenance support for security updates, software feature updates, bug fixes, user documentation updates, patching, programing and help desk support which is vital in maintaining software integrity and functionality. OpenRMF Professional Software Support includes: Twenty four hours (24); seven (7) days per week, three hundred sixty-five days (365) on-line, email, phone and remote support. If this OpenRMF Professional Software Support is not procured, LMP and the Army, would not have the proper software up to date, secure and fully operational. OpenRMF Professional Software is mission critical in maintaining LMP’s authority to operate. Evaluation of Awards will be to the lowest bidder. Offeror must submit an Authorized Reseller Agreement for the OPEN RMF Software with the Quote.
