Our 246-acre campus consists of approximately 60 academic buildings, offices, special services, and support buildings. For over 100 years, the history of the University has been one of growth and distinction. Montclair State University is in the process of replacing its ERP Student Information System (OneMontclair), as well as preparing for the construction of a One Stop Student Enrollment Service Center (Red Hawk Central). Montclair State University is seeking Proposals for an organizational change consultant to assist the University in defining its future state organizational model including job descriptions, skills and competencies, and to work as needed with Montclair State’s Human Resources to implement the plan as approved by the University to support the implementation of the new Student Information System and the phasing in of the Enrollment Services Center. The One Montclair Student project is a complex implementation of 22 contemporary software applications, that when combined, will provide administrative, academic, and auxiliary program/product solutions to manage the way the University does business and serves its customers. The implementation of the One Montclair Student suite of applications, the integration of business requirements, integrated data and reporting with Workday and PeopleSoft Finance, along with the design and implementation of Red Hawk Central - the one stop shop for student services will significantly impact the University’s overall business processes, organizational structure, and staff job descriptions
