A. It is the goal of this RFP to identify a pool of contractors who are pre-approved and available for projects. B. Due to the essential life safety aspects of the service contract, Contractors are required to meet all criteria outlined in this RFP. C. During the period of the contract or any extension thereof, Rowan University reserves the right to add or delete specific services and/or locations at the prevailing contract prices. The contractor will be given seven (7) days’ notice to effect requested changes. D. Any labor or material, in addition to that described herein, determined to be necessary to comply with the terms outlined throughout the RFP and any industry rules, ordinances or regulations shall be performed and furnished by the contractor at no additional cost to the University.
