Rowan University invites proposals from qualified, licensed firms to provide On-Call Civil Engineering and/or Surveying Services. The selected firm(s) will provide professional engineering services for various projects on an as-needed basis across the university's campuses and facilities. Rowan University has a continuous need for on-call civil engineering and site surveying services for a variety of university projects. These projects comprise a wide range of scopes, from new design and construction to major and minor renovation work. Some of the projects may involve bringing existing University buildings and outdoor spaces into compliance with current regulatory requirements, including the Americans with Disabilities act (ADA), the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, and the Department of Community Affairs, Division of Codes & Standards (DCA). These projects are spread throughout the University’s campuses in Glassboro, Camden and Stratford, NJ. Projects on the Glassboro campus will reflect principles set forth in the Stormwater Management and Landscape Master Plan and our soon-to-be released Glassboro Campus Master Plan, which are the framework for outdoor space development. Longer term or future projects may rely on updated or new master plans as they are completed.
