This Request for Proposal for Occupational Therapy and Evaluation Services (as needed) seeks to contract with individuals, companies or agencies to provide occupational therapy and evaluation services by licensed professionals to Franklin Township Board of Education students both in and out of district. The required services are to be provided for a term which will begin as early as July 1, 2025 and continue through to June 30, 2026. All professionals must possess appropriate qualifications, New Jersey licenses and certifications. Applicants should demonstrate knowledge and experience providing services for public school students. Any experience or knowledge of matters that directly affect the Franklin Township Board of Education should be addressed. Services that shall be provided are based on the Occupational Therapy and Evaluation needs of approximately sixty (60) students, as per each students Individualized Education Plan (IEP). Therapy services are to be provided for individual students attending Franklin Township Public Schools during the 2023-2024 school year on the dates and times set forth in each students IEP. School and/or home based as needed. Aggregated duration is anticipated to be approximately seven (7) hours per day, five (5) days per week, for approximately 210 days from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026.
