Specifications include, but are not limited to: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the Purchase Bureau, Division of Purchase andProperty, Department of the Treasury on behalf of the State of New Jersey. The purpose of thisRFP is to solicit bid proposals for the purpose of hiring a contractor(s) to provide a three yearterm contract for online legal research services for use by various New Jersey agencies. Thecontract(s) resulting from this RFP shall be used to obtain electronic research services via theweb for legal, news, and public records.The intent of this RFP is that multiple awards shall be made as follows:-One single vendor award for Monthly Flat-Fee Access, Public Access, and Print/CDProduct Discounts-Separate vendor award for Transactional Services excluding the vendor awarded theMonthly Flat-Fee Access, Public Access, and Print/CD Product Discounts
