Specifications include, but are not limited to: Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and requirements, including, but not limited to, NJDEP UST Regulations (N.J.A.C. 7:14B), NJDEP Air Regulations (N.J.A.C.7:27), United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) Regulations (40 CFR Parts 112, 280, 281, and 282), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration(OSHA) Regulations (29 CFR 1910.120); Conduct inspections of fueling facilities (including, but not limited to, tanks, dispensers, leak detection systems, and spill controls), emergency generators, and other petroleum storage which shall include a review of the thoroughness and completeness of documents retained onsite, as well as the presence of critical safety items including, but not limited to, appropriate labeling, fire extinguishers, and spill kits. Perform visual inspection looking for indications of spills, leaks, or other problems and assist with coordination of repairs.
