Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following services are required: • Videotape all Township Committee Meetings as per the Meeting Schedule, including but not limited to providing interface to Zoom, Facebook, and YouTube. • Videotape all Planning Board Meetings as per the Meeting Schedule, including but not limited to providing interface to Zoom, Facebook, and YouTube. • Hillsborough News Around Town Episodes which will consist of, but will not be limited to the following: individual interviews with Governing Body members, on camera commentary, editing in segments from special events and departmental infomercials. These episodes are expected to be 3-4 minutes in length and there will be 15-20 segments. Videotape special events including but not limited to: • Salute to Veterans Day Breakfast • Memorial Day Parade • Garden of Honor Ceremony • Green Living and Wellness Fair • Family Fun and Independence Day Celebration • Purple Heart Ceremony • Children's Halloween Party • Howl O Ween • Veterans Day Ceremony • Christmas Tree Lighting • Restaurant Week 2024 - Mayor’s Tour; In addition to the videotaping of the above events: • A “highlight reel” will be created of the event as well. • Twenty 90 to 120 second infomercials to be created for Municipal Departments on the “How to’s” within their Departments • Ad hoc requests up to and including editing of special event footage, additional promotions via Facebook and YouTube.
