Specifications include, but are not limited to: Somerset County anticipates providing funding for Non-Profit agencies to purchase needed services for the citizens of Somerset County for 2024-2025. We understand that there is a tremendous need for services and for funding in our community; however, this RFP is soliciting responses for the following Service Priorities and for specific types of services: Basic Services, Behavioral Health Services, Dependent Care Services, Services to Assist Persons with Disabilities, and Transportation Services. Priority will be given to projects that support populations disproportionately impacted by inequities including, but not limited to: • Immigrants and refugees • People experiencing disabilities • People living on low incomes • People living in under-resourced communities and/or communities lacking critical infrastructure • People who are homeless/unsheltered • Survivors of domestic violence and/or child abuse
