1. Project will include the construction of a new one-story concession building consisting of a warming kitchen, dining room, a single use restroom and janitor closet for the City of Passaic, at Carnie Bragg Memorial Park on Main Ave. The new space is approximately 890 SF. 2. The building will be constructed of poured concrete foundations, steel girder and column frame, TJI rafters and perimeter concrete block walls. 3. Interior finishes include - painted CMU walls and painted GWB stud wall partitions, ACT drop ceilings in kitchen, janitor closet and restroom, metal panel ceiling in dining area, polished concrete flooring in the dining area, epoxy flooring in the kitchen and janitor closet, hollow metal doors and frames, ceramic tile floor and walls at restrooms. 4. Site work includes new fence, pavers, site plantings and lighting as well as new storm and sanitary lines, and electrical utility services. The GC is to coordinate all work with the respective utility companies.
