The Work consists of the following: 1. Project will include the construction of a new one-story concession building consisting of a warming kitchen, dining room, a single use restroom and janitor closet for the City of Passaic, at Carnie Bragg Memorial Park on Main Ave. The new space is approximately 8 SF. 2. The building will be constructed of poured concrete foundations, wood framing, TJI rafters and perimeter poured concrete walls. 3. Interior finishes include predominately painted GWB. stud walls and partitions, GYP. ceilings, ACT drop ceilings, sealed concrete and epoxy flooring, hollow metal doors and frames, ceramic tile floor and walls at restroom. 4. Site work includes new fencing, pavers, site plantings and lighting as well as new storm and sanitary lines, and electrical utility services. The GC is to coordinate all work with the respective utility companies.
