1. Regularly attend their assigned municipal court sessions; 2. Provide all necessary and desirable legal counsel and advice for the preparation and prosecution of municipal court cases on their scheduled municipal court sessions and other matters as assigned by the Chief Municipal Prosecutor; 3. Conduct the prosecution of such municipal court cases on their scheduled municipal court sessions and other matters as assigned by the Chief Municipal Prosecutor, except such crimes and offenses as it may be the duty of the County or State officials to prosecute; 4. Attend, schedule, and conduct such meetings with the Chief Municipal Prosecutor, the Township Municipal Attorney, the Township of Cherry Hill Police Department and its police officers, as well as the Department of Community Development, the Construction Official, the Property Maintenance Inspector, and/or any other Cherry Hill Township official or employee as is necessary to the successful prosecution of municipal court cases; 5. Conduct discovery, pretrial and post-trial hearings, motions, dismissals, plea bargaining, subpoena review, witness preparation, expert witness acquisition and/or preparation, removals to Federal District Court, and other collateral functions authorized to be performed by the municipal prosecutor by law or Rule of Court; 6. Any other matters or related duties as directed by the Chief Municipal Prosecutor or Township Municipal Attorney; and 7. The vendor shall provide monthly billing invoices that include an itemization of the vendor’s appearances in Cherry Hill Township Municipal Court that identifies the dates of appearance. Monthly invoices should also itemize the per diem rate due from each session.
