Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project Narrative: At the Galloway campus, lower F-Wing, the University is looking to renovate existing classrooms into a Multicultural Center. B. Work to be performed under this project includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: For additional information, please view the associated project documents. 1. Building: Removal of existing partitions, finishes, and utility equipment. Provide & install new partitions, doors, new storefront system, and new finishes. Provide new ceiling grid where indicated. 2. Electrical: Removal of existing electrical panels, transformers, receptacles, and lighting fixtures. Provide & install new electrical panels, transformers, receptacles, light fixtures, exit signs, & equipment branch circuits. Remove all non-rated wiring form above ceiling return plenum. Provide new rated wire only. 3. Electrical Special Systems (Low Voltage): Provide and install new data receptacles, wireless access points, door access control devices, security cameras, motion detectors, system control panels, and low voltage conductors and conduits. 4. Fire Alarm: Provide and install new addressable fire alarm system including control panel, heat detectors, smoke detectors, horn/strobe devices, relay modules, and pull stations. 5. Fire Suppression: Removal of existing sprinkler heads and install new as indicated. Provide piping modifications as required. Provide signed and sealed hydraulic calculations and shop drawings for modified sprinkler layout
