The successful Contractor(s) will be responsible for packing, moving, unpacking, and possibly rigging on occasions, on an on-call basis for the Newark Board of Education. Services may be requested via telephone or email. Contractor shall complete all services within forty-eight (48) hours. C2.2 The Contractor will be responsible for responding to all requests from the Newark Board of Education for moving services within the District. The Contractor must have the resources to adequately support any large or small moving services as requested by the Newark Board of Education. C2.3 The Contractor will provide all supervision, labor and materials necessary to properly identify, classify, package and transport furniture, equipment, books, and instructional supplies and materials located at District facilities. All work performed shall be inclusive and any work not specifically mentioned, but reasonably implied, will be included. All work will be performed in a professional manner consistent to industry standards for the moving/storage trade.
