The Township of Montgomery is accepting bids for the MUNICIPAL CENTER TREE PLANTING PROJECT which includes the installation of approximately 121 trees at the Municipal Center property located at 100 Community Drive, Skillman, NJ 08558. The proposed trees are shown on a planting plan and planting schedule included in the bid documents. Tree locations are schematic; all tree locations are to be approved in place by the Township Landscape Architect prior to planting. The Contractor should familiarize themselves with the site location and conditions prior to bidding. The contract work shall be completed no later than April 15, 2025, and performed within the growing seasons listed below: Fall 2024: September 15 – November 15, 2024. Spring 2025: March 15 – April 15, 2025. Approximate Major Pay Items Include: SHADE TREE 38 UNIT. ORNAMENTAL TREE 40 UNIT. EVERGREEN TREE 43 UNIT.
