• PART 1: Work under direction Environmental Consultant during inspections to remediate issues as they come up. The Contractor will not be performing inspections or sampling. The Contractor will be taking direction from the Environmental Consultant. o Examples of issues include, but are not limited to: Cleaning all furniture within residence hall room Cleaning surface portions of HVAC units (ex.
