Goals: Mathematics Curriculum Support and Professional Development Program for Grades K-5 The Phillipsburg School District requests vendors to submit a Mathematics Curriculum Support and Professional Development Program for Grades K-5 for review and evaluation. A Mathematics Curriculum Support and Professional Development Program must consist of the following components: 1) Standards aligned program with a pacing guide representing emphasis on the major math standards, 2)program with differentiated lessons, differentiated practice sheets, practice problems aligned to state test, differentiated tests aligned to state test, online component with lessons for students to watch and teacher instructional 3) in-person professional development sessions to support instruction and assessment including a full in-person day on March 13, 2026 and 2 in person sessions during the 2026- 27 school year; 4) student-led investigations 5) customer service support with quick responses available to teachers and administrators by telephone and email, 6) Spanish component, 7) C-A-P progression with lesson on how to teach math visually, 8) fluency routines, 9) Vocabulary component, and 10) intervention component.. Vendor must submit a Mathematics Curriculum Support and Professional Development program to support all grade levels within the scope of the RFP. Work to begin as soon as possible after the award of the contract. C. Scope of Work Proposers must be able to attest to the scientific research-base of the program and its proven effectiveness in school districts of similar demographics. All claims must be substantiated by data. Proposers are asked to demonstrate the alignment of their programs to the current New Jersey Student Learning Standards for Mathematics for grades K-5.
