Specifications include, but are not limited to: PATCO provides heavy rail rapid transportation services between Lindenwold, New Jersey, and Center City Philadelphia. PATCO serves thirteen (13) stations along the14.1 mile line and carries approximately 10.6 million riders annually. DRPA/PATCO will develop a short list of firms based on its evaluation of the qualification of the firms responding to this Request for Qualifications. Selected firms will receive a Request for Proposals for providing marketing support services to DRPA/PATCO. Firms that can demonstrate that they have extensive experience with providing similar services to other transit systems are preferred. Firms must have experience and expertise in some, if not all of the following:Promoting and marketing of transit services.Developing transit marketing campaigns Developing creative marketing concepts and strategies Website development and graphic design Brand development and positioning Social media and messaging Trend analysis, demographic research and targeting Quantitative analysis specific to consumer feedback
