OPERATION SERVICES: 5.1 The Contractor shall provide the following equipment and services in the Base Bid: 5.2 On-Site Management: 5.2.1 The contractor shall provide managers, who shall be on-site on a daily basis during the hours of operation to insure the safety of the public. Manager will also monitor the ice rink chiller and equipment, maintain the ice, and provide case handling and daily sales reports. 5.2.2 5.2.3 Include the cost of salary, benefit and all expenses for the entire term of the contract. 5.2.4 Include liability insurance to cover the skating rink operation. 5.3 Provide a cart based ice resurfacer to improve the quality of the ice for the duration of the seasonal public skating. 5.4 Portable, air chilled chiller package with a certified refrigeration technician on 24-hour call over the duration of the assembled rink.
