The Newton Housing Authority, 32 Liberty Street, Newton, New Jersey will accept proposals for the repair of its make-up air unit located on the roof at 32 Liberty Street, Newton, NJ (80-unit senior citizen project). It is the Housing Authority's desire to retain and employ a duly qualified and capable contractor. All services must be in accordance with the existing laws, rules, orders, directives, and regulations governing these services. The services that are requested will be as follows: debris at the conclusion of each workday. Do not discard in the Housing Authority’s dumpster. 1) Replace sensor and coil bypass dampers. 2) Ensure that the unit is properly operating after installation. 3) Lubricate dampers and other ancillary parts. 4) The contractor shall always maintain a safe and secure work area. 5) The contract includes all necessary work to ensure proper operation and temperature of the make-up air unit.
