The Master Plan shall contain, but not be limited to the following elements. 1. Land Use Element – Re-examination 2. Historic Preservation Element- Full New Element 3. Housing Element -re-examination 4. Sustainability and Climate Change Full New Element 5. Open Space, Parks, and Recreation Element Re-examination 6. Economic Development -Re examination 7. Circulation which includes a bike and pedestrian plan -Re-examination 8. Community Facilities – Re-examination 9. Urban Design -Re-examination It is expected that the consultant shall: • Provide related Maps, Graphics and photos for the plan. • Attend coordination meetings with the Director of Planning and Redevelopment • Attend informational meetings with City Staff, Planning Board, Zoning Board of Adjustment, Municipal Council, and other necessary stakeholders. • Organize and attend up to six community meetings to gather and present information. • Gather the necessary data for the plan. • Evaluate issues and recommend solutions. • Provide an implementation strategy. • Attend up to three Planning Board hearings. • Provide an editable digital document upon completion of the project.
