• Provide comprehensive clinical services through full-time licensed mental health counselors for students with significant emotional and behavioral challenges • Includes multiple modalities of therapy that includes family therapy, individual therapy, and psychoeducation therapy • Specialty protocols for behavioral student programming, school avoidance programming, and dual diagnosis programming for neurologically diverse students • Caseload will depend on the acuity of the students, but generally will include 10-12 concurrent students with a treatment length of the full school year or more • Programming must demonstrate evidence-based approaches • Provider will work with Paulsboro Board of Education to explore commercial insurance reimbursement for applicable students • As part of this contract, Paulsboro Board of Education shall provide appropriate office space to conduct business, sufficient classroom space for individual counseling, and the use of telephones and computers. The contracted services provider shall have access to the student database. • The provider will furnish the therapeutic space(s) for the program(s)
