The Clinton Township School District (“District”) is seeking proposals from companies who will provide high quality literacy instruction professional development and instructional materials in grades K-8. The scope of work for services is listed below. Minimum Requirements a. Services ● Provide 12 full days of professional development in literacy instruction and curriculum development to groups of teachers in grades K-8 ● Provide complete, self-contained and pre-packaged collections of resources, lessons, and activities designed to teach specific literacy topics; four in grade 1 and four in grade 2 ● Collaborate with district administration to ensure consistent and effective delivery of services. b. Expectations ● All individuals employed by, or otherwise associated with the applicant, who may have direct contact with students will, at the contractor’s expenses, comply with the provisions of New Jersey Department of Education 18A:6-7.1 and P.L. 2018, c. 5 by obtaining the required criminal history record (fingerprint-based criminal history) and Sexual Misconduct/Child Abuse Disclosure for each employee before they have in-person contact with students. ● All respondents shall be duly authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey. ● All respondents shall abide by state and local policies.
