This is a reprocurement of the product/services under T2854 Central Issuance of License Plates - Statewide. The purpose of this Bid Solicitation is to solicit Quotes for license plate materials, manufacturing, printing, and related services. All materials, support and services specified herein, and presented in response to this Bid Solicitation must utilize and be of the most current technology available. Such materials and services include, but may not be limited to: license plate design and print services; inventory and logistics services; manufacture and printing of reflective sheeting; and supply and delivery of raw materials including the reflective sheeting and aluminum coil stock, as specified for New Jersey State License Plates.
