❖ Provide engineering services as requested by the Board, which may include, but not limited to studies, design and inspection for: ➢ Environmental Planning ➢ Facility, infrastructure and project design ➢ Building systems evaluations ➢ Provide various reports and/or conduct surveys such as storm, water, traffic vehicle/pedestrian circulation ➢ Utility assessment ➢ Site lighting ➢ Landfill ➢ Development of as-built plans, feasibility and comparative cost reviews ➢ Review and evaluate permit requirements ➢ Prepare and submit applications, correspondence, and the like to the New Jersey Department of education, NJDEP and any other applicable regulatory agency, as required ➢ Conduct studies for areas in need of rehabilitation redevelopment ➢ Site engineering ➢ Landscape architecture ❖ Attend regular, special and emergency meeting of the Board, if required ❖ Attend all other meetings and bid related conferences that the Board deems necessary ❖ Prepare and/or review of reports, permits, applications and bi documents as requested by the Board ❖ Review all correspondence referred by the Board and prepare correspondence on behalf of the Board, if requested ❖ Interact with applicable Board personnel, contractors, and other consultants and governmental agencies, as required ❖ Provide a range of other specialized engineering service which may be needed by the Boar
