(1) Conduct monthly informational sessions with veterans and their spouses to be held at the Camden County Veterans Affairs office or other locations throughout Camden County, NJ. At the conclusion of each monthly informational session, meet individually with each veteran and spouse to gather the required information to prepare last will and testament documents using County prepared templates, and as may be requested, to prepare powers of attorney. A living will document will be offered but is prepared by the individual. (2) Prepare documents as stated above using templates prescribed by the County. (3) Attend return sessions once monthly to distribute wills and powers of attorney that have been prepared, and answer questions that may arise. Ensure wills are properly witnessed and notarized using County Veterans Office or other County employees. (4) Work cooperatively with the County; suggest and develop new policies or procedures that may be required and requested. (5) All other services reasonably related and may be deemed appropriate and necessary as determined by the County. (6) Note: initial informational sessions are expected to be 3 hours and return sessions 3 hours. This will fluctuate depending on sign-ups. The span between the sessions would be two weeks. It is expected the sessions will be held either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday and will be based on attorney availability. Once a law firm is selected a schedule for the 12-month term will be established.
