Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this project is to enhance the aesthetics of Stockton University Galloway campus’s main entrance located at the intersection of Vera King Farris Drive and Jimmie Leeds Road through biodiverse landscape improvements and hardscape improvements. 2. The main components of the project include: Creation of 1.7 acres of native meadow in place of existing lawn, native herbaceous & woody plantings, 5-foot bituminous walk & ADA ramp, eight (8) pull off parking parallel parking spaces, landscape enhancement to entrance signs, pea gravel walk, one bench, and other incidental work as detailed on Marathon’s bid set. 3. The scope of project does not include utility work (water, sewer, electrical, gas, cable, or stormwater). 4. The project shall be completed within a six-month period starting at such a time as stipulated in these bid documents. Stockton’s preference is that work scope which is suitable for late fall/early winter weather construction would commence in 2021 with the remainder to be finished in 2022
