Specifications include, but are not limited to: Spring Cleanup: Bed Cleanup: Maintaining of all beds in the beginning of the Spring season to enhance the look and give a fresh start to the new Season. All leaves, sticks and debris from Winter removed and weeds taken out of all bed areas in order to prepare clean slate for the new fresh mulch. General: All edges of maintained lawn will be cleaned of any stones and grit and placed on paved areas. Cleanup of lawn area, all leaves and any debris will be removed from site in any areas that bagging when mowing takes place. Bed Maintenance: Bi-Weekly Bed Maintenance. Pruning: Cutback of all Perennials. Fall Cleanup: Perform all fall cleanups on weekly site visits unless other requirements are made or stated in contract. Bed Cleanup: Fall Bed Cleanup will keep all of the property in pristine condition and will freshen it up for next Season. All leaves and debris will be removed from all beds. General: Cleanup of all branches, twigs, leaves, etc.… on all maintained turf and beds. Cleanups will be completed (weather permitting) by November 30th. Spring and Fall Projects: Annuals – Summer: Planting of Annuals at the municipal building. Annuals – Fall: Planting of Annuals at the municipal building.
