Specifications include, but are not limited to: The replacement of exterior doors and related improvements, including removal and disposal of existing doors and frames, new aluminum doors with glazing, frames including transoms, hollow metal frame repair, new wood interior door set, hardware, coordination of hardware with access control (by Owner), finishes, modifications of steps and railings, vestibule enclosure repairs, and exit and exterior lighting. The school may be in use during the contract. The successful bidder is responsible for coordination at all phases of work, complete submittals and code review through the Township office, permits, and scheduling of work in coordination with Board of Education school schedule.
