The respondent shall include pricing for various surveying services, including the following: • Hourly rates for review of the title reports, existing mapping, and current surrounding deeds. • Hourly rates for field crew for performing field traverses, locating existing corners and other property line evidence, locating existing physical features, locating wetland flags and obtaining topography when needed. • Hourly rates for analysis of field data and deed plotting and preparation of survey map to Green Acres or SADC standards (if necessary), and the preparation of metes and bounds descriptions. • Cost for setting of corner markers and monuments as required. • Cost for completion of Green Acres or SADC Surveyor’s Certification and Summary Form. • Cost for submission of completed survey mapping and descriptions including two mylar plottings and an electronic copy of the final survey in AutoCAD format. The respondent optionally may include pricing for the following surveying services: • Hourly rates for review of updated or newly created Township Tax Maps prepared by Engineering staff. • Hourly rates for updating or creating Township Tax Maps from supplied subdivision maps and filed deeds.
