Specifications include, but are not limited to: Boathouse located at Lake Shenandoah County Park, Lakewood, Ocean County, New Jersey. Leased premises consists of the building structure, dock and pier, and a 200 ft. radius of land extending in all directions from the foundation of the building. Concessionaire must furnish a minimum of fifteen boats, which may be a combination of canoes, rowboats and/or paddle boats. Canoes shall be at least fifteen (15) feet in length. Rowboats must be a minimum of twelve (12) feet in length and should be constructed of fiberglass and/or aluminum. Concessionaire must provide Coast Guard approved personal flotation devices (PFD's) for all occupants of rented boats as well as other equipment and devices as may be required by the U.S. Coast Guard and the Ocean County Parks and Recreation Department. It is understood that all equipment rented or provided by the concessionaire under this agreement shall first be approved by the Ocean County Parks and Recreation Department. All rental boats must be marked and clearly identifiable.
