The Agency is seeking submissions for conceptual redevelopment proposals for the Redevelopment Site that will allow for the development of the subject properties and the construction of a mixed-use development that complies with the objectives and requirements outlined in the Jackson Hill Redevelopment Plan. The Agency seeks to identify Respondents with the ability and capacity to commence redevelopment of the area and construct a mixed-use development that complies with the objectives and requirements outlined in the Jackson Hill Redevelopment Plan on a portion of the Redevelopment Site. Respondents should demonstrate a broad background of real estate, development and financing experience, including successful past experience with similar private/public development ventures.
