Specifications include, but are not limited to: The primary aim of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide instructional coaching and professional development from experienced, reputable providers to build instructional leadership capacity, improve instructional effectiveness at the middle, Junior high and high school and assist all employees in continuously improving while working together to create a quality environment for students. The areas of focus identified below are crucial for continuous improvement of our teaching practices, leadership practices and organizational practices, so that we will accelerate student achievement. The District operates one(1) middle school, one(1) junior high school, and one(1) high school - Up to 75 teaching staff members at the middle school, junior high school and high school and Title I staff and other staff as appropriate will take part in the training.
