1- The operation of the Lyndhurst IT system includes ensuring the efficacy of all backup and disaster recovery systems. This shall also include, but not be limited to, financial system tuning, anti-virus installations and updates, and any and all web, internet, intranet, LAN and email updates and filter installations (web and email monitoring systems). This also shall include the implementation of network security measures. The preventive maintenance and monitoring and regular checking of the "network" shall also be included. 2-The maintenance of the Lyndhurst IT system shall include any and all IT system diagnostics, repair, troubleshooting, all wiring, printer, and computer system installation (excluding the costs of hardware {excluding CPU, printers and related equipment-but including cables, portable storage devices, etc.}). 3-The scope of services shall include servicing of the Police Department IT systems and the "back up" system (and network) at Ridge Road.
