i. IT planning and development to advise the Township of trends and recommendations in the technology space. ii. Proficiency in law enforcement software and hardware systems employed by the Millburn Township Police Department, including the following: Enforsys, IA PRO, Aurora Key, Watchguard, Benchmark, Info Cop, Avigilon, etc. iii. Proficiency in the following IT systems utilized by Town Hall: Edmunds, Spatial Data Logic, ThinkGard/Datto backup device, etc. iv. Provide a cybersecurity assessment of the Township’s systems and advise of any additional cybersecurity protections needed by the Township. v. Be available to support, implement or supervise technology-based projects in the Township. vi. Prepare an annual budget of anticipated IT expenses. vii. Be available for emergent situations, such as a ransomware attack or systems failure.
