The NBOE seeks professional development service providers for instructional administrators including Principals, Vice Principals, Assistant Superintendents, Directors, Supervisors, Instructional Department Heads, Teacher Coaches, and Rising Leaders. Professional learning shall include, but is not limited to: • Providing on site and virtual professional development for District and building administrators focusing on Deep Learning, High Impact Leadership, and Culturally Responsive and Sustaining Education; • Providing speakers for direct on-site support in the most challenging schools and can speak to visionary systems-level work at the district, state, and national levels; • Organizing focus group meetings with the Superintendent’s administrative team; • Designating a project director to coordinate all components of the professional support and communication with their providers; and • Attending monthly meetings with designated District contacts.
