As such, the contractor shall develop a list of all electrical equipment (old and new) and test/inspect these components. The list shall include, but not be limited to, all electrical panels, VFD’s, motor controllers, switchgear, breakers, motors on pumps, etc and shall be prepared prior to scanning. The list shall be furnished to the Water Treatment Plant Superintendent, for review and approval, in a Microsoft Word document and include the following information: 1.
