1. The services to be provided herein will be in compliance with the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”), any and all Federal and New Jersey state laws regarding same. 2. The services herein are open to eligible pupils from all nonpublic schools located within Lakewood in accordance with the needs of the nonpublic children to be served. 3. The Program offered by the Service Provider shall comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations regarding the secular nature of programs receiving IDEA funding. It is understood that violation of this provision shall be the basis of immediate termination of the program. 4. IDEA services must be supplemental in nature and may not supplant. 5. The Service Provider will provide the District any and all additional supporting documentation at the request of the district. 6. Service Provider will provide all required documents and evaluation reports within its possession for preparation of Individual Service Plans., or a comprehensive document used for individuals with disabilities that details specific supports, activities, and resources required for the individual student to achieve their goals. Upon completion of the Service Plans, if requested, Service Provider will provide teacher/therapist input during reevaluations and/or annual reviews. The Service Provider shall provide all necessary documentation to include all annual and reevaluations to the Nonpublic Child Study Team (Evaluation and Determination) to develop service plans for all students attending the NPSSP program.
