Montclair State University is seeking Proposals from experienced and reputable Bidders to provide various hotel services pertaining to the following service categories: 3.1.1. General Lodging Services 3.1.2. Hotel Services for the Feliciano School of Business (FSoB) 3.1.3. Hotel Services for the Office of Arts and Cultural Programming. General Lodging Services: Hotel services provided on an as-needed basis for faculty, staff, students, and any other guest of the University for business purposes. The following requirements must be met by the Contractor in all instances, and shall also apply for Hotel Services for the Feliciano School of Business, and for Hotel Services for the Office of Arts and Cultural Programming. 3.3.1. The University may request lodging for any date(s), and reserves the right to extend or reduce any stay in its discretion. If the Contractor has vacancy, then the Contractor must provide lodging accommodations to a University guest on the requested date(s). The Contractor shall not have general blackout dates or deny the University lodging accommodations for any reason, with the exception of no vacancy.
