Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor must create, operate, maintain and host the online New Jersey Health Care Profile system. The Contractor must fully consider and incorporate into the system the current methods, standards and procedures in place and being used by the current system described in the Scope of Work. The online New Jersey Health Care Profile system must display all required profile fields. The system shall keep the CAPS data as current as possible and shall require as little manual interaction with the affected systems as can be managed, without compromising data quality. The Contractor shall: collect, manually input as necessary, and clean the data required for the profile. Create or migrate the current database to house the NJ Health Care Profile data and create or migrate any links required by the Contractor's solution to License 2000 and any other relevant State systems holding information required for the profile database. Collect, compare, consolidate and verify profile data into a single system. Design and implement a new website or migrate the current website. Design and mail any necessary surveys, forms or other documents. Provide call center support. Maintain all integral systems, hardware and software under the Contractor's control.
