The scope of work for the OR will be negotiated after award, but it will likely include, but is not limited to: 1. Write and submit the Progressive Design/Build Washington State Portfolio Review Committee (PRC) Application. Create and present necessary documentation to the PRC. 2. Help the PFD obtain PRC approval for the PFD to proceed with Progressive Design/Build alternative project delivery method, project specific, per the governing RCWs. 3. Assist the PFD with the development of a contract for Progressive Design/Build team. Participate in reviews of the draft contract prior to issuance of the RFP for the Progressive Design/Build team. 4. Lead the development of the scope for a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Progressive Design/Build team. The Consultant shall work with the PFD to develop a RFP that represents the subject project, reflects the project’s target goals, visions/values of the PFD, and structures a collaborative project delivery team. 5.
