Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Dallas County Hospital District dba Parkland Health & Hospital System (Parkland) is accepting proposals forartwork consulting services for the New Parkland Campus. Parkland desires a creative firm, or firms, withdemonstrated design experience on projects of a similar type and magnitude. Parkland intends to engage theservices of a qualified Healing Environment Art Consultant to provide complete art and consulting services withrelevant donor recognition services for the project described. The scope of services in the Healing Environment ArtConsultant's engagement will include, but is not be limited to the following items of work which are also furtherdescribed in paragraph E below:·Artwork and Sculptures selection·Two and three dimensional works·Audio/musical healing sounds works·Electronic works for audio-visual displays·Healing Environment Art Program development guidelines and policies·Donor Relevant Program development·Coordination of Donor Signage·Coordination with Design Team/s Including architects·Interior designers·FFE consultant·Wayfinding and graphics consultant·Landscape architects·Technology consultant (digital media)·Coordination with items from LEED 2009 for New Construction (LEED-NC) and LEED for Healthcare(LEED-HC) 2nd Public Draft
