The purpose of this specification is to solicit proposals from qualified contractors to provide the scope of services outlined herein including, but not limited to HVAC inspection, maintenance, and repair service for the County of Cape May Facilities. The awarded contractor must provide operating condition reports based on observations and inspections of the listed systems. Reports shall include recommendations for energy savings, reduction of future repair costs and ensure reliable and safe operation of environmental systems and controls. These reports shall be generated under the supervision of a licensed or certified professional energy engineer. Reports are to include recommendations to improve the ease and ability to monitor/manage listed environmental systems. In summary, the awarded contractor shall provide reports that include, but are not limited to, the following: 1) Identify Energy Savings Opportunities 2) Reduce Future Repair Costs 3) Extend the Life of Mechanical Assets and Systems 4) Ensure Productive Environmental Conditions 5) Promote Environment Health and Safety in the listed County Facilities
